Crop PDF margins
Remove white margins from a PDF automatically or by millimeters, without losing quality.
Processed on your device: your file never leaves your computer
Up to 50 files, 200 MB max each.
What Crop PDF margins does
Crop PDF removes the margins you don't need: great for reading an article on a phone or e-reader, or for trimming a scanned document with borders. Automatic mode finds where each page's content ends and keeps 3 mm around it; manual mode removes the millimeters you choose from each side. Only the visible area (CropBox) changes, so text and images are not recompressed.

Frequently asked questions
Is the cropped part deleted from the file?
No. It is hidden outside the visible area and viewers don't show or print it, but it is still inside the file. Don't use this tool to hide private data.
How does automatic mode work?
Each page is drawn at low resolution to find the content that isn't white, then cropped around it with a 3 mm margin. A blank page stays as it is.
Does it work with rotated or landscape pages?
Yes. Top, bottom, left and right follow how the page looks when you open it.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
