Terms of use
Last updated: October 19, 2026
By using Fileflect you accept these terms. They are written to be clear; if anything is unclear, write to us.
1.The service
Fileflect converts, compresses and organizes files. Basic features are free and need no account. The Pro plan raises limits and removes ads.
2.Your files
Your files remain yours. Only upload or process files you have the right to use. We claim no rights over them.
3.Acceptable use
Don't use Fileflect for illegal activities, to send malware or to overload the service (for example with massive automated uploads). We may limit usage to protect the service.
4.Pro subscription
Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in local currency where available. You can cancel anytime from My account: it won't renew and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
5.No warranty
We do our best to make conversions accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. Some complex formats may not convert perfectly; always keep your original files.
6.Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll announce it on the site.
