Processed on our server and deleted within 1 hour

or click to choose them from your device

Up to 5 files, 15 MB max each.

What EPUB to PDF does

Turn an EPUB ebook into a PDF with the cover, a table of contents, each chapter starting on a new page and the images included, in A4 or Letter size. Handy to print a book, read it on a device that can't open EPUB or share it with someone without an ebook reader. Works with DRM-free EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 books. The book is opened in your browser and only the assembled page (without scripts) is sent to our server to print it; it's deleted when done.

Limits

  • Up to 5 files at a time, up to 15 MB each.
  • With Pro: files up to 50 MB and up to 50 per batch.
  • A job that takes longer than 3 minutes is stopped so it doesn't freeze your device.
  • Processed on our server over an encrypted connection; the file is deleted within 1 hour.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with books bought with DRM?

No. EPUBs protected with DRM (Adobe, Readium LCP, Apple) are encrypted and can't be read outside the store's app; the tool tells you before sending anything.

Is the book's layout kept?

Text, headings, lists, tables, images and links between chapters are kept, with a reading layout of our own: each chapter starts on a new page. The book's fonts, colors and margins are not used.

What is sent to the server?

The book is read in your browser and turned into a single HTML page without scripts; only that page is sent to be printed as a PDF. On the server it is cleaned again, it can't load anything from the internet and it isn't stored: it's deleted when done.

Is there a size limit?

The assembled page (with its images) can be up to 15 MB on the free plan and 50 MB with Pro. If your book has many images and goes over the limit, untick "Include the book's images".
