Merge PDF

Combine several PDFs into one, in any order. Your files are never uploaded.

Processed on your device: your file never leaves your computer

or click to choose them from your device

What Merge PDF does

Merge PDF joins several documents into a single file. You can change the order with the move up and move down buttons before merging. Pages are copied as they are: text, links and image quality don't change.

Limits

  • Up to 50 files at a time, up to 200 MB each.
  • With Pro: files up to 1 GB and up to 500 per batch.
  • A job that takes longer than 5 minutes is stopped so it doesn't freeze your device.
  • Processed in your browser: your files are never uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions

Do I lose quality when merging PDFs?

No. Pages are copied without being recompressed, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.

Can I choose the order of the files?

Yes. Use each file's move up and move down buttons; the final PDF follows the order of the list.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. An encrypted PDF can't be read without its password; you'll see a warning and can remove it from the list.
