What Rotate PDF does
Rotate PDF turns pages 90° clockwise, 90° counterclockwise or 180°. You can rotate every page or only the ones you list, such as scanned pages that came out upside down. The rotation is saved in the file, so it looks right in any reader.
Limits
- One file at a time, up to 200 MB.
- With Pro: files up to 1 GB and up to 500 per batch.
- A job that takes longer than 5 minutes is stopped so it doesn't freeze your device.
- Processed in your browser: your files are never uploaded to a server.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Choose "Only some" and type the pages or ranges, for example 2, 5-7.
Does rotating a PDF reduce quality?
No. Only the page orientation changes; the content isn't recompressed.
Does the rotation stay when I open it in another app?
Yes. The rotation is saved in the PDF and is respected by Acrobat, web browsers and phone readers.
