What Organize PDF pages does
Organize PDF shows a thumbnail of every page so you can rearrange the document visually: drag pages to their new place (or use the buttons), rotate the ones that need it and delete the ones you don't want. When you're done, you download a new PDF in the chosen order.
Limits
- One file at a time, up to 200 MB.
- With Pro: files up to 1 GB and up to 500 per batch.
- A job that takes longer than 5 minutes is stopped so it doesn't freeze your device.
- Processed in your browser: your files are never uploaded to a server.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it without a mouse?
Yes. Each page has buttons to move it earlier or later, rotate it and delete it, usable with the keyboard and on touch screens.
I deleted a page by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes. The "Restore all" button brings back the original document before you download.
Does it work with long PDFs?
Yes, although thumbnails take longer to generate for long or image-heavy documents, especially on phones.
