What Markdown to HTML does
Markdown to HTML turns notes, READMEs or docs written in Markdown into HTML ready to paste into a website, an email or a CMS. It supports the GitHub flavor: tables, strikethrough, task lists and fenced code blocks with a language. Get just the content or a complete page with a title and readable light and dark styles.

- A job that takes longer than 1 minute is stopped so it doesn't freeze your device.

Frequently asked questions
Which Markdown flavor is supported?
CommonMark with the GitHub extensions (GFM): tables, ~~strikethrough~~, task lists, autolinks and fenced code blocks with a language.
Is the generated HTML safe?
Yes. It’s cleaned with DOMPurify: no scripts, event attributes (onclick, onerror), forms or javascript: links remain. HTML written inside the Markdown is kept only if it’s safe.
Can I convert several files?
Yes. Pick several .md files and download them in a ZIP, or paste the text directly.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The conversion happens in your browser.
